- The Warehouse Dead Stock Blue Series is one of the brand’s most important interpretations of post-war American five-pocket jeans. Based on the details and atmosphere of late 1940s denim, this 1947 model reflects Warehouse’s long-standing approach to faithfully studying vintage garments and recreating them with Japanese craftsmanship. It is not designed as a modern fashion jean, but as a careful reproduction of the shape, fabric, and construction that defined the golden age of American denim.
The fabric is built from 7.5×7.5 slub yarn and slowly woven on vintage shuttle looms with a white and pink selvedge ID. This 13.5oz denim has a firm mid-weight hand with a pronounced slubby texture from the very first wear. Over time, the denim will develop strong vertical fading and sharp whiskers, giving it the distinctive character that defines Warehouse’s Dead Stock Blue Series.
Finished with iron tack buttons, copper-plated iron rivets, a rayon tag, and a vegetable-tanned deerskin leather patch, every detail stays true to the spirit of real vintage denim. Supplied unwashed, the jeans will shrink after washing and gradually form a fit and fading pattern unique to the wearer.

Shoulder Width
- Measure straight across from shoulder seam to shoulder seam on the back.
Chest Width

Waist Width
- Measure across the narrowest part of the shirt — from seam to seam — between the chest and the hem.
Hem Width
- Measure straight across the bottom edge of the shirt, from one side seam to the other — just above the curved hem.
Sleeve Length (Set-In)
- Measure from the top of the shoulder seam straight to the end of the cuff.
Sleeve Length (Raglan)
- Measure from seam of collar all the way down to the end of the cuff.

- Measure vertically from the shoulder seam down to the bottom of the armhole seam.
