Return & Refund Policy

Return Period


We offer a 7-day return policy. You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of wear, use, or damage. Returns that arrive without prior approval will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

For international returns, please clearly mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid unnecessary customs charges.

Exchanges


We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

To exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to availability at the time of the new order.

Non-Returnable Items


Customized products (e.g., hemmed jeans), sale items, used or worn items, items without original tags or packaging, and gift cards or personal care goods are not eligible for return.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period


If your order is shipped to the EU, you may return it within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide justification.

The product must remain unused, unworn, with tags and original packaging, and include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items


Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Duties & Taxes


For orders shipped to the United States, duties and taxes are included in the purchase price through our Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping service.

For orders shipped to other international destinations, import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are imposed by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

For international returns, refunds apply to the merchandise value only. Original shipping costs and any duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or other import-related charges paid on behalf of the customer or incurred during shipment are non-refundable.

Refused Shipments


If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties, taxes, or any other reason, any return shipping costs, customs fees, and related charges will be deducted from your refund.

Order Responsibility


Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

All orders are shipped with tracking. Once dispatched, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If the return is initiated by the customer (e.g., size issues or change of mind), shipping costs will not be refunded.

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the original shipping cost.
