Japan Domestic Shipping
We ship via trusted carriers such as Sagawa and Yamato Transport for fast and reliable delivery within Japan.
International Shipping
For global orders, we use DHL Global Express and FedEx to ensure secure and timely international delivery. All shipments include tracking information.

Packaging
All orders are carefully packed to ensure safe international delivery while keeping packaging practical and avoiding unnecessary excess whenever possible.
For shirts, jeans, and other standard garments, items may be folded compactly and shipped in appropriately sized boxes for safe and efficient delivery.
For leather products — especially leather jackets — items are shipped without folding whenever possible to help maintain the natural condition and shape of the leather during transit. These items are typically packed in slightly larger boxes for proper protection, with no additional packaging charges.
If you have any special packaging requests, please feel free to leave a note at checkout or contact us before shipment.

Japan Domestic Orders
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over ¥20,000 (tax included). Orders under this amount will incur a flat shipping fee.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Japan
All domestic orders include consumption tax. No additional fees are required upon delivery.
United States
Orders shipped to the United States are sent via Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. Duties and taxes are included, and no duties or taxes are normally due upon delivery.
International Orders
For orders shipped outside Japan and the United States, local import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs clearance fees may apply upon delivery.
These charges are determined by the customs authority of the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Please note that customs-related charges are non-refundable. If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, failure to complete customs procedures, or failure to provide required import information, the original shipping costs and any return-related charges may be deducted from the refund.
Shipping Responsibility
All orders are shipped with tracking. Once the package has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.
Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused, any return shipping costs, customs fees, or related charges may be deducted from the refund.
