Woven in Niigata Prefecture, the fabric is made from Samurai Jeans' original plain flannel. The warp is constructed using paired white and brown yarns, while the weft features a thick slub black yarn. Rather than using the fabric's face side, Samurai Jeans intentionally reverses the fabric so the black weft becomes visible on the surface. This unique construction highlights the fabric's pronounced slub character and creates a depth of texture rarely seen in traditional flannel shirts.

- Measure straight across from shoulder seam to shoulder seam on the back.
Chest Width

- Measure across the narrowest part of the shirt — from seam to seam — between the chest and the hem.
Hem Width
