- The S520XX21oz is one of the most popular models in the Samurai Jeans lineup, designed with a relaxed tapered fit that offers a comfortable, easy feel for everyday wear.
It features Samurai’s signature 21oz heavyweight “Cho-Kiwami” selvedge denim, made using thick 3.6-count slubby yarns. The fabric is woven slowly on vintage shuttle looms at a relatively high density, resulting in an exceptionally heavy denim that is not only thick, but also rich in texture. With wear, the fabric develops powerful, high-contrast fading over time.
The leather patch features Musashi and Kojiro illustrated as giants, referencing the weight and presence of the 21oz denim, while the half-moon motif represents the relaxed tapered silhouette. Shoulder Width
- Measure straight across from shoulder seam to shoulder seam on the back.
Chest Width
- Measure straight across the front of the garment, from armpit to armpit.For size chart reference, chest measurement is shown as full circumference ( flat measurement x 2 ).
Waist Width
- Measure across the narrowest part of the shirt — from seam to seam — between the chest and the hem.
Hem Width
- Measure straight across the bottom edge of the shirt, from one side seam to the other — just above the curved hem.
Sleeve Length (Set-In)
- Measure from the top of the shoulder seam straight to the end of the cuff.
Sleeve Length (Raglan)
- Measure from seam of collar all the way down to the end of the cuff.
Armhole
- Measure vertically from the shoulder seam down to the bottom of the armhole seam.
