- Returning after a two-year absence, the S510XX25oz-SP brings Samurai Jeans’ 25oz denim back in the classic S510XX regular straight silhouette. The design stays traditional, while the ultra-heavyweight 25oz denim gives the jeans their unmistakable presence and character.
Constructed from 25oz special selvedge denim with a natural slub texture, the fabric starts out extremely firm and substantial, gradually softening and becoming more comfortable with wear. As the denim breaks in, the heavy fabric creates strong whiskers and honeycombs, developing a highly distinctive fading character over time.
Features a regular straight fit with Samurai’s signature details, including seagull back-pocket stitching, original coin-shaped copper rivets and Shogyomujo jacquard pocket bags. Gold rising-sun buttons and a specially designed flasher bring a final sense of identity to the jeans, marking this out as a special 25oz edition.

Shoulder Width
- Measure straight across from shoulder seam to shoulder seam on the back.
Chest Width
- Measure straight across the front of the garment, from armpit to armpit.For size chart reference, chest measurement is shown as full circumference ( flat measurement x 2 ).
Waist Width
- Measure across the narrowest part of the shirt — from seam to seam — between the chest and the hem.
Hem Width
- Measure straight across the bottom edge of the shirt, from one side seam to the other — just above the curved hem.
Sleeve Length (Set-In)
- Measure from the top of the shoulder seam straight to the end of the cuff.
Sleeve Length (Raglan)
- Measure from seam of collar all the way down to the end of the cuff.
