Built from Pure Blue Japan’s custom-made slub yarn jersey, the fabric has a particularly soft and airy feel with a subtle slubby texture across the surface.
The colour is Pure Blue Japan’s original greige tone, created by blending sumi and grey dyes to produce a muted shade with subtle warmth. As the sumi dye gradually fades with wear and washing, the colour will continue to develop a softer and more individual appearance over time.

Shoulder Width
- Measure straight across from shoulder seam to shoulder seam on the back.
Chest Width
- Measure straight across the front of the garment, from armpit to armpit.For size chart reference, chest measurement is shown as full circumference ( flat measurement x 2 ).
Waist Width
- Measure across the narrowest part of the shirt — from seam to seam — between the chest and the hem.
Hem Width
- Measure straight across the bottom edge of the shirt, from one side seam to the other — just above the curved hem.
Sleeve Length (Set-In)
- Measure from the top of the shoulder seam straight to the end of the cuff.
Sleeve Length (Raglan)
- Measure from seam of collar all the way down to the end of the cuff.
Armhole
- Measure vertically from the shoulder seam down to the bottom of the armhole seam.
Body Length
- Measure from the center of the base of the collar (just below the collar band) straight down to the bottom hem.
