- The Lot No. “BCH” refers to Binchotan Charcoal, a new version of Omoto Denim’s standard 0815 model finished with an additional Sumi overdye treatment applied to their soft and comfortable 13.5oz indigo denim.
The charcoal is finely crushed into powder, mixed with water and a binding agent to bind the charcoal particles to the fibres. Applied over the indigo denim, the Sumi overdye creates a distinctive smoky black tone with subtle irregularity and depth, which will continue to evolve through wear and washing over time.

Shoulder Width
- Measure straight across from shoulder seam to shoulder seam on the back.
Chest Width
- Measure straight across the front of the garment, from armpit to armpit.For size chart reference, chest measurement is shown as full circumference ( flat measurement x 2 ).
Waist Width
- Measure across the narrowest part of the shirt — from seam to seam — between the chest and the hem.
Hem Width
- Measure straight across the bottom edge of the shirt, from one side seam to the other — just above the curved hem.
Sleeve Length (Set-In)
- Measure from the top of the shoulder seam straight to the end of the cuff.
Sleeve Length (Raglan)
- Measure from seam of collar all the way down to the end of the cuff.
Armhole
- Measure vertically from the shoulder seam down to the bottom of the armhole seam.
Body Length
- Measure from the center of the base of the collar (just below the collar band) straight down to the bottom hem.
