- A special graphic T-shirt inspired by the iconic eagle motif from classic sukajan jackets. The design brings the dynamic look of traditional embroidery into a wearable T-shirt format, expressing the spirit of the motif with strong character and clarity.
The body uses the THC series’ signature jersey made from No.14 count yarn, knitted in tubular construction with no side seams. Produced on a rare vintage circular knitting machine from the 1960s ( often referred to as a Daimaru machine in Japan ), the fabric is finished at a high density for durability and a firm feel. While these machines can produce very stable quality, they have become increasingly rare, and only a handful of skilled technicians are still able to maintain them.
The graphic is printed using a textured foam printing technique that creates subtle variations in height across the design, giving it depth rather than a flat finish. This dimensional effect closely recreates the look of sukajan embroidery, from the eagle’s expression down to the fine details of each pine needle. Combined with The Flat Head’s signature triple-stitched binder neck, the T-shirt offers both visual impact and everyday practicality, and can be easily washed at home.
