- A vintage-inspired biker T-shirt based on designs from the 1970s, reinterpreted with The Flat Head’s signature character. The graphic depicts a rider on a chopper-style motorcycle with the message of holding the handlebars even down to the bone — an image that captures the spirit of a true biker and the timeless attitude of motorcycle culture.
The body uses the THC series’ signature jersey made from No.14 count yarn, knitted in tubular construction with no side seams. Produced on a rare vintage circular knitting machine from the 1960s ( often referred to as a Daimaru machine in Japanese ), the fabric is finished at a high density for durability and a firm feel. While these machines can produce very stable quality, they have become increasingly rare, and only a handful of skilled technicians are still able to maintain them.
Both the white and black versions feature a special gradation print. By blending inks during the printing process, the transition between colors appears soft and natural. As the ink mixes slightly differently on each piece, every T-shirt has its own subtle variation, adding to its unique character.
