- A classic sweatpant style rooted in 1930s athletic wear, reworked through Deluxeware’s uncompromising approach to fabric and construction.
The sweatpants are made from the brand’s signature 20oz heavyweight loopwheel jersey, specially knitted in Wakayama on vintage loopwheel machines operating at an exceptionally slow speed. While preserving the traditional loopwheel process, Deluxeware applies a higher knitting tension than usual, creating an ultra-dense jersey with a distinctly dry and firm hand. The reverse is carefully brushed to form a soft fleece surface, providing excellent insulation during the cooler months.
The silhouette has been updated with a clean tapered fit and ribbed leg openings, allowing the sweatpants to sit neatly above sneakers and other casual footwear. Generous room through the thighs, together with a gusseted crotch, provides greater freedom of movement without making the overall shape feel overly loose. Warm, durable, and comfortable to wear, they combine the substantial feel of heavyweight sweatpants with the ease needed for everyday wear.

Shoulder Width
- Measure straight across from shoulder seam to shoulder seam on the back.
Chest Width

Waist Width
- Measure across the narrowest part of the shirt — from seam to seam — between the chest and the hem.
Hem Width
