- The LV series is Deluxeware’s annual line of light- to medium-weight check shirts, designed for longer seasonal wear. Each check pattern is developed in-house by Deluxeware, with unbrushed fabrics chosen to keep the shirts comfortable across a wider range of temperatures.
Built from a custom-woven fabric in Nishiwaki, Hyogo Prefecture, one of Japan’s best-known textile regions and the home of Banshu-ori, the cloth uses an Amundsen weave characterised by a fine, irregular surface texture similar to the skin of a pear. The subtle grain gives the fabric a dry touch and understated appearance, while helping it drape naturally, resist creasing and remain comfortable against the skin.
Two chest pockets, shell buttons and tonal stitching complete the design. As with Deluxeware’s other check shirts, the pockets and collar are carefully pattern-matched to the body for a clean, well-balanced finish.

• Measurements are based on a one-washed shirt.
• Slight variations may occur due to manual measurement and washing.
• Use a laundry bag when washing to help retain the garment’s shape.
Shoulder Width
- Measure straight across from shoulder seam to shoulder seam on the back.
Chest Width
- Measure straight across the front of the garment, from armpit to armpit.For size chart reference, chest measurement is shown as full circumference ( flat measurement x 2 ).
Waist Width
- Measure across the narrowest part of the shirt — from seam to seam — between the chest and the hem.
Hem Width
- Measure straight across the bottom edge of the shirt, from one side seam to the other — just above the curved hem.
Sleeve Length (Set-In)
- Measure from the top of the shoulder seam straight to the end of the cuff.
Sleeve Length (Raglan)
- Measure from seam of collar all the way down to the end of the cuff.
Armhole
- Measure vertically from the shoulder seam down to the bottom of the armhole seam.
Body Length
- Measure from the center of the base of the collar (just below the collar band) straight down to the bottom hem.
