- The Deluxeware BSP-MNT01 “5-Needle” Crew Neck T-Shirt is a Mention Exclusive model, created around an exceptionally rare construction detail — a 5-needle binder neck. This special neckline is sewn using a Union Special Model 528, a machine said to be the only one of its kind in the world, making this a detail that only Deluxeware can produce.
Based on Deluxeware’s SDTS series, this exclusive model uses a 10.5oz medium-weight jersey slowly knitted on loopwheel machines in Wakayama Prefecture. Producing only around 10 metres per day, enough for approximately eight garments, this low-tension knitting process creates a beautifully balanced fabric that brings together thickness, durability, and softness.
The silhouette is slim, yet carefully designed for comfort. A shaped armhole and angled shoulder line allow for natural movement, giving the T-shirt a clean fit without feeling restrictive. All sewing is completed at Deluxeware’s own in-house factory, Oldact, where each garment undergoes strict quality control. Combined with the rare 5-needle detail, this exclusive model fully showcases Deluxeware’s spirit of craftsmanship, innovation, and pursuit of perfection.

Shoulder Width
- Measure straight across from shoulder seam to shoulder seam on the back.
Chest Width
- Measure straight across the front of the garment, from armpit to armpit.For size chart reference, chest measurement is shown as full circumference ( flat measurement x 2 ).
Waist Width
- Measure across the narrowest part of the shirt — from seam to seam — between the chest and the hem.
Hem Width
- Measure straight across the bottom edge of the shirt, from one side seam to the other — just above the curved hem.
Sleeve Length (Set-In)
- Measure from the top of the shoulder seam straight to the end of the cuff.
Sleeve Length (Raglan)
- Measure from seam of collar all the way down to the end of the cuff.
Armhole
- Measure vertically from the shoulder seam down to the bottom of the armhole seam.
Body Length
- Measure from the center of the base of the collar (just below the collar band) straight down to the bottom hem.
