At the heart of the T-shirt is Dubble Works' specially developed Stand Wheeler jersey fabric. The fabric is knitted in Wakayama on a customized vintage circular knitting machine known as the "Stand Wheeler." Originally modified by skilled craftsmen to handle exceptionally thick yarns, the machine is capable of knitting No.8 count yarns — more than twice the thickness commonly found in standard T-shirt jersey fabrics. Producing a fabric of this density requires both specialized machinery and experienced craftsmen, making the process increasingly rare today.
Despite its heavyweight, high-density construction, the jersey retains a small amount of natural stretch within the knit structure, resulting in a surprisingly soft touch and comfortable feel. The combination of exceptionally thick yarns, vintage machinery, and specialized knitting techniques creates a distinctive fabric with a character all its own. Shoulder Width
- Measure straight across from shoulder seam to shoulder seam on the back.
Chest Width
- Measure straight across the front of the garment, from armpit to armpit.For size chart reference, chest measurement is shown as full circumference ( flat measurement x 2 ).
Waist Width
- Measure across the narrowest part of the shirt — from seam to seam — between the chest and the hem.
Hem Width
- Measure straight across the bottom edge of the shirt, from one side seam to the other — just above the curved hem.
Sleeve Length (Set-In)
- Measure from the top of the shoulder seam straight to the end of the cuff.
Sleeve Length (Raglan)
- Measure from seam of collar all the way down to the end of the cuff.
Armhole
- Measure vertically from the shoulder seam down to the bottom of the armhole seam.

- Measure from the center of the base of the collar (just below the collar band) straight down to the bottom hem.
