- Inspired by work jackets from the 1920s and 1930s, this coverall keeps the simple, practical character of early workwear while being reshaped with Boncoura’s own proportions. The rounded hem, pen pocket and watch pocket all come from the original workwear design, giving the jacket a familiar vintage feel without looking overly reproduced.
Built from Boncoura’s original cotton herringbone Duck Hunter camouflage, with a different colour arrangement on each side. Its origins can be traced to the Frogskin camouflage developed and adopted by the US military during the Second World War. After the war, the pattern entered the civilian market and became closely associated with American hunting clothing, eventually earning the familiar name “Duck Hunter Camo.”
Boncoura’s original Lighthouse Buttons are one of the details that really stand out on this jacket. Their deeply pressed surface gives them a strong presence, and the edges will gradually soften and gain a subtle shine with time, making the jacket feel unmistakably Boncoura.
