- The DXT series represents the highest-strength T-shirt in the Deluxeware lineup and stands as one of the brand’s most representative pieces. Designed to prioritize durability and structure, it reflects Deluxeware’s pursuit of uncompromising quality in a T-shirt.
The fabric is made using two-ply No.20 American cotton twisted yarns, comparable in thickness to a No.10 single yarn, and knitted using Double-Stranded Knitting techniques. This method feeds two separate yarns together during knitting, creating an extremely high-density jersey with exceptional durability and structure.
Slowly knitted on traditional loopwheel machines in Wakayama Prefecture, production is limited to approximately 10 meters per day ( approximately 8 garments ), making this a highly inefficient and rare fabric. Combined with careful construction, it delivers a level of quality rarely found in a T-shirt.
The neckline is reinforced with triple stitching, helping it retain its shape through repeated wear and washing. Cut in a regular fit, the T-shirt features angled shoulders and carefully shaped armholes, creating a clean silhouette while allowing natural movement and lasting comfort.
All sewing is completed at Deluxeware’s own in-house factory, Oldact, where each garment undergoes strict quality control. The result is a T-shirt that feels solid and reassuring on the body, dependable for everyday wear while embodying the refined craftsmanship Deluxeware is known for.

Shoulder Width
- Measure straight across from shoulder seam to shoulder seam on the back.
Chest Width
- Measure straight across the front of the garment, from armpit to armpit. For size chart reference, chest measurement is shown as full circumference ( flat measurement x 2 ).
Waist Width
- Measure across the narrowest part of the shirt — from seam to seam — between the chest and the hem.
Hem Width
- Measure straight across the bottom edge of the shirt, from one side seam to the other — just above the curved hem.
Sleeve Length (Set-In)
- Measure from the top of the shoulder seam straight to the end of the cuff.
Sleeve Length (Raglan)
- Measure from seam of collar all the way down to the end of the cuff.
Armhole
- Measure vertically from the shoulder seam down to the bottom of the armhole seam.
Body Length
- Measure from the center of the base of the collar (just below the collar band) straight down to the bottom hem.
