- These double-pleated trousers are inspired by tailored dress trousers from the 1940s–1950s, reinterpreted with a relaxed, modern feel. Originally a classic slacks style, the double-pleat design is casually balanced, making these trousers an easy match for leather shoes or Biltbuck engineer boots.
The fabric is high-quality Japanese 8-wale corduroy, chosen for its warmth, durability, and subtle natural sheen. The wide wale structure gives the trousers a strong texture while remaining comfortable and dependable for everyday wear.
Designed with a high-rise waist, the fit offers room through the thighs with a gently tapered leg, creating a clean silhouette that feels relaxed yet well-proportioned.
