- Part of the Mini Wallet series from Accel Company’s Opus label, this exclusive model is made with an upgraded material choice — shell cordovan from Japan’s renowned Shinki Hikaku tannery. Compact yet refined, it reflects the brand’s focus on craftsmanship and functionality, while offering a slightly more luxurious presence compared to the standard versions.
The exterior is made from shell cordovan produced by Shinki Hikaku, a long-established tannery founded in Himeji, Hyogo. Known worldwide, this leather is taken from the hindquarters of the horse and carefully vegetable-tanned over a period of approximately ten months. Often referred to as the “diamond of leather,” it is prized for its dense fiber structure, exceptional durability, and a unique translucent luster that deepens beautifully with age.
The interior is lined with natural vegetable-tanned leather, providing a clean contrast and allowing the wallet to age with character through daily use.
Despite its compact size, the wallet is designed for practical everyday use. Bills can be stored without folding, while the gusseted coin pocket offers easy access. Four card slots keep essentials organized, and the slim profile fits comfortably in both trouser pockets and jacket interiors. Balanced between practicality and elegance, it works just as well as a personal piece as it does a thoughtful gift.
